KEYNOTE SPEAKER 1- Dr. KS Sastry, Musti,
Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Namibia University of Science and Technology, Namibia.
Dr. KS Sastry, Musti received BTech in Electrical Engineering from JNTU, Kakinada (A.P.) in 1990, MTech and Ph.D. from NIT, Warangal in the years 1996 and 2002, respectively, is an accomplished academic with more than 30 years of professional experience. He is currently with the Namibia University of Science and Technology as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is involved with several projects in the areas of big data, enterprise information systems, and Demand Side Management. He has more than 30 years' experience in industry, academic, and research and has worked in different parts of the world. Earlier he was with NIT Warangal, India as a lecturer; Global Energy Consulting Engineers, Hyderabad, India as Assistant General Manager; and then served the University of West Indies in the Caribbean. Dr. Sastry has a significant interest in core and multidisciplinary research and published more than 50+ research articles and book chapters in the extended areas of Energy Systems, Database and Information Systems, BigData, and Soft computing. He has won the IEEE travel award for my paper to Kobe, Japan in IEEE / Circuits and Systems in 2005. He has organized 04 Short Term Course Program (STCP)/ Faculty Development Program (FDP) programs, several expert lectures and has been invited as a key-speaker, session chair in various workshops/conferences. Dr. Sastry has visited various universities across the globe to serve in various capacities. He is a visiting professor with ESIGELEC, Rouen (data sciences), France; Sophia University, Japan (data sciences), University of Turabo, Puerto Rico (Energy Systems), and KL University, India. He is on the panel of accreditors of IEEE/ ABET, USA, and visited a few universities as part of the ABET accreditation process. Dr. Sastry is a senior member of IEEE, USA; a member of IET-UK, and a Life member of IE, India.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER 2- Dr. Ashraf Samarah,
Associate Professor, Electrical Energy Engineering Department, Al Balqa Applied University, Jordan, and Kettering University Michigan, USA
Dr. Ashraf Samarah received B.Sc., M.Sc. degrees in Communications and Electronic engineering with honors from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Energy Engineering, from the University of Siegen, Siegen-Germany, respectively. He has worked in the area of photovoltaic energy systems and electrical signals last ten years. Dr. Samarah worked as a scientific researcher at the center of the sensor system (ZESS) in Siegen-Germany, and Fraunhofer Institute in Wachtberg-Germany, from 2007 - 2012. Dr. Samarah was the director of Zarqa Energy Research Center (ZERC), and the consultant for the energy auditing and energy efficiency for all the buildings of the university. He was also responsible for installing, maintenance and operation two MW PV system at Zarqa University since September 2015 till September 2016. He is currently working as a consultant and expert for renewable energy projects (7 MW PV wheeling PV system) and 10 MW PV direct proposal system in addition to that he is a director of renewable energy tenders' projects at Al Balqa Applied University. In the same time, he is the head of the Department of Electrical Energy Engineering (DEEE). Dr. Samarah is an expert, researcher and teaching committee member in the Department of Electrical Energy Engineering (DEEE) with valuable scientific publications in the field of renewable energy, energy auditing, and energy efficiency at AL-Balqa Applied University. He is also a renewable energy consultant for Jordanian public and private entities.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER 3- Dr. Ciro Rodriguez
Professor, Department of Software Engineering, Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos UNMSM, Lima 1, Cercado de Lima 15081, Peru
Prof. D.Eng. Ciro Rodriguez is an IEEE Senior Member and a full professor with the Software Engineering Department of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (the oldest and first university in South America, founded in 1551) and with the Electronic Engineering and Computer Science Department of the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal. He has completed his doctoral studies in System Engineering and has advanced studies at the Institute of Theoretical Physics (ICTP) in Italy, the United States Particle Accelerator School (USPAS), and Information Technology Development Policy at South Korea Telecom (KT). He has published over 130 research papers in reputed journals indexed in Scopus, WoS, and IEEE, and has filed three patents in engineering fields. He is a thesis reviewer at the India VTU, an undergraduate and postgraduate thesis adviser, and the author of national and international books. International speaker recognized mentor. Winner of the Scientific Merit Award 2022 of the UNMSM.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER 4- Dr. Ivan Perl
Associate Professor, Department of Faculty - Informatics and Applied Mathematics, ITMO University, Russia.
Dr. Ivan Perl, presently working as an Associate Professor (qualification "full associate professor") in the department of Faculty - Informatics and Applied Mathematics, ITMO University (Saint Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics), Russia. He has done his Graduation from Saint-Petersburg University of Fine Mechanics and Optics, now known as ITMO University in 2007, Master degree in 2009, and Ph.D. in Computer Science from ITMO University, Russia in 2012. For more than ten years has been working in the software development industry in Motorola and later in Oracle. Recent four years of engineering career were dedicated to design and development of high-scale enterprise solutions related to the Internet of Things (IoT). Focusing on research in applied mathematics and mathematic modeling. From the year 2018 he became a head of Cloud Oriented Solutions and Modelling Lab (COSM) in ITMO University, Russia. He has published several research papers in various reputed refereed indexed journals and international conferences.
