KEYNOTE SPEAKER 1- Dr. Sunandan Baruah,
Dean, Reserach and Innovation at Assam Down Town University, Guwahati, India.
Dr. Sunandan Baruah is currently the Dean, Reserach and Innovation at Assam Down Town University, Guwahati. He also holds additional responsibilities of Dean, Research and Director, Centre of Excellence in Nanotechnology and is also in charge of the Patent Cell. He is also the CEO of Globinno Engineering Solutions, Guwahati. He is a social entrepreneur and his company uses Nanotechnology based solutions to solve societal problems. Previously, he was the Director, Center of Excellence in Nanotechnology at Assam Don Bosco University. Apart from that he held positions of Chairperson, Board for Research, Innovation and Consultancy. He was also Chairperson of the Patent Cell and President of Institution, Innovation Council. He also worked as a Research Faculty at the Angstrom Laboratoriet, Uppsala University, Sweden and as a Research Specialist at the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. Prof. Baruah’s research interest is in Environmental Nanotechnology. He has 101 publications in International peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings and 8 book chapters. He has 3 patents applied for, 1 published and another 3 Invention Disclosure Forms submitted for verification. He has a personal h index of 29 and i10 index of 63 with over 4986 citations to his works (Google Scholar, 22nd June, 2021).
Prof. Baruah has innovated many nanotechnology-based systems which include solar energy activated water purifier, on spot water contamination tester, self-cleaning Assamese silk, superhydrophobicity testing instrument, nanoparticulate thin film maker using layer by layer deposition technique, food quality sensors, setup for fabricating nanoporous membranes, solar powered fruit and vegetable dryer, nanotechnology based meat and fish smoker, system for testing the performance of photodetectors, system for testing the performance of metal ion sensors, amongst others. Prof. Baruah is also a Consultant to the Ministry of MSME and is involved in upgradation of traditional industries of India through inclusion of modern technology. He is also a mentor to the budding entrepreneurs of the North East through the OctaNE program of Software Technology Parks of India.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER 2- Dr. Jorge Luis Victória Barbosa,
Professor, Applied Computing Graduate Program, University of Vale Do Rio Dos Sinos (Unisinos), Brazil.
Dr. Jorge Barbosa received his BS degrees in Data Processing (1990) and Electrical Engineering (1991) from the Catholic University of Pelotas, Brazil. He obtained his MS and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil, in 1996 and 2002, respectively. He conducted post-doctoral studies at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU, Suwon, South Korea, 2016) and University of California Irvine (UCI, Irvine, USA, 2020). Nowadays, he is a full professor of Applied Computing Graduate Program (PPGCA) at the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS), São Leopoldo, Brazil. Additionally, he is a researcher of productivity at CNPq (the Brazilian Council for Scientific and Technological Development) and head of the Mobile Computing Laboratory (MobiLab/UNISINOS). He is a member of the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC). He is a member of the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC).

KEYNOTE SPEAKER 3- Dr. KS Sastry, Musti,
Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Namibia University of Science and Technology, Namibia.
Dr. KS Sastry, Musti received BTech in Electrical Engineering from JNTU, Kakinada (A.P.) in 1990, MTech and Ph.D. from NIT, Warangal in the years 1996 and 2002, respectively, is an accomplished academic with more than 30 years of professional experience. He is currently with the Namibia University of Science and Technology as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is involved with several projects in the areas of big data, enterprise information systems, and Demand Side Management. He has more than 30 years' experience in industry, academic, and research and has worked in different parts of the world. Earlier he was with NIT Warangal, India as a lecturer; Global Energy Consulting Engineers, Hyderabad, India as Assistant General Manager; and then served the University of West Indies in the Caribbean. Dr. Sastry has a significant interest in core and multidisciplinary research and published more than 50+ research articles and book chapters in the extended areas of Energy Systems, Database and Information Systems, BigData, and Soft computing. He has won the IEEE travel award for my paper to Kobe, Japan in IEEE / Circuits and Systems in 2005. He has organized 04 Short Term Course Program (STCP)/ Faculty Development Program (FDP) programs, several expert lectures and has been invited as a key-speaker, session chair in various workshops/conferences. Dr. Sastry has visited various universities across the globe to serve in various capacities. He is a visiting professor with ESIGELEC, Rouen (data sciences), France; Sophia University, Japan (data sciences), University of Turabo, Puerto Rico (Energy Systems), and KL University, India. He is on the panel of accreditors of IEEE/ ABET, USA, and visited a few universities as part of the ABET accreditation process. Dr. Sastry is a senior member of IEEE, USA; a member of IET-UK, and a Life member of IE, India.
